DOLLA: The Orlando, Florida based street artist, known for his character illustrations and recent DOLLA LAMA campaign, started out as NJ graffiti bomber in the 80's. His interest in horror movies and special effects lead him to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he graduated with a degree in industrial design. He then moved to Orlando to pursue a career in his field, where he has been working as a designer, illustrator, and freelance artist for the past 13 years. DOLLA has since done gallery installations, co founded Short Bus Studios, and is a constant on the streets from stickers & posters to stencils & spray bombs. Currently he is producing t-shirts, skate decks, and artwork for local shops, in addition to creating a puppet TV show based on his alter ego. |
